Mahaveer Infoway lists shares in ‘D’ group securities

IT firm Mahaveer Infoway Ltd on Thursday said that its equity shares are listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange and admitted to dealings on the exchange in the list of 'D' group securities.

“Effective from October 08, 2015, the equity shares of Mahaveer Infoway Ltd are listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchange in the list of 'D' Group Securities,” said Mahaveer Infoway Ltd in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange on October 08, 2015.

The company offers information technology and consulting services. It develops software, tests products and applications, integrates software, maintains systems, and offers engineering design services.
