International Pumps lists shares in ‘XT’ group securities

International Pumps and Projects Ltd on Monday said its equity shares are listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange and admitted to dealings on the Exchange in the list of 'XT' group securities.

“Effective from February 01, 2016, the equity shares of International Pumps and Projects Ltd are listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchange in the list of 'XT' Group Securities,” said International Pumps and Projects Ltd in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange on February 01, 2016.

The main business of the company is to execute turnkey projects, marketing of pumps, Motors, Switch gears and any other allied engineering goods, servicing thereof and deal in their spare parts and to manufacture or get manufactured, process, design, assembled, repair or otherwise deals in all kind of submersible-Pumps and other types of Pumps of any variety or description as also any spares and parts thereof and to carry of the business of trading of fabrics.
